In a predominantly light westerly blowing for two days through the narrow channels of Moreton Bay, a good fleet of multihull sailors worked hard in the light winds for the honours. In spite of some bigger and faster boats trying to win this one, the overall champion was Jim Fern, who has recently rejoined the racing fraternity in an F25 that he bought to "go cruising on". Jim reckons his new GM sails have put a big sting in the tail of his cruiser!
